Seniors Cross-Training Clinic
The Priority Health Cycling Team is offering cross-training clinics to share their expertise with anyone interested in learning more about running, nutrition and cycling. “Mary Boes” Memorial 5K Fun Run/Walk hosted by Michigan Senior Olympics
The event is a tribute to Mary, long time employee of OPC and Office Manager of MSO who passed away after a short illness. Registration starts at 7.30 a.m. at the parking lot of the OPC 650 Letica Dr, Rochester. Prizes will be given away throughout the morning with all proceeds going to the MSO organization. The entry fee is $10 pre event or $12 on the day.
