Here you'll find ratings of the safety of area hospitals from the Michigan
Health and Safety Coalition (MHSC) Consumer Report*, which comes out in
December of each year.
2006 Hospital Safety Report results The eight hospital safety ratings charts shown here report 2006 results for each of the hospitals that responded voluntarily to the annual MHSC survey. They also show the number of each procedure the hospitals have done and compare it to the coalition's recommended volume. All Michigan hospitals are invited to respond to a survey about their activities.
