Childhood and Adolescent Immunization measures

Priority Health uses claims and MCIR data to gather a member’s immunization history. Please check your Childhood and Adolescent Immunization PIP lists to verify that Priority Health has a MCIR number for each of your patients. With the MCIR number, we can accurately match immunization records with members. Remember to enter MCIR numbers in Patient Profile, or send them to us on your supplemental data report.
