Submitting a corrected claim
When submitting a corrected claim, remember:
- Submit your entire corrected claim to Priority Health, not just the line items that were corrected. Corrected claims will not deny as duplicate or redundant; you don’t need to call or fax to alert us to your correction.
- To ensure we process the claim accurately, add a note that indicates the reason for the resubmission. If the diagnosis is being corrected, you’ll also need to attach a copy of the medical notes before we can approve a changed diagnosis.
