Automated phone system arriving soon
Getting you the information you need as quickly as possible is what our new interactive voice recognition (IVR) system is all about. Beginning in the weeks ahead, when you call the Provider Helpline, you’ll be able to use the automated system to get immediate answers instead of waiting to talk to a representative.
With IVR, you can access claims and benefit information as well as eligibility verification. If you have a question that can’t be answered via IVR, you can still speak to a representative.
Please note: In order to increase efficiency and maximize the use of IVR, eligibility status will only be available through the Web or IVR and not through a representative.
