New $10 Priority Health Medicaid member incentives
Priority Health Medicaid members are eligible to earn a $10 incentive by completing one of
the following:
- Lead poisoning, members ages 13-18 months, who complete a lead poisoning test
before their second birthday. First mailing was Nov. 30, 2010; will mail quarterly in
2011.
- Postpartum checkup for women, 4-6 weeks after delivery.
- Mammogram, members ages 40+.
- Adolescent well child visits, member ages 12-21.
