Website password changes
If you need to change your password on your Priority Health provider account, please contact the Provider
Helpline at 800 942-4765. If you do not yet have a provider log-in, go to priorityhealth.com and select
“Create account.” Click on “Set up access to your account” under provider accounts and complete the
required information on the following pages. Once you’ve submitted your request, we will activate your
account within 14 working days.
