PIP 2011 data submission deadlines

• Physician-reported information must be submitted via electronic data exchange by:
  • Feb. 29, 2012, for Patient Profile
  • Feb. 24, 2012, for all other data files
• Claims must be processed by Feb. 29, 2012, so please send claims for 2011 dates of service on time to meet this deadline.
• Services must be completed by Dec. 31, 2011.
