Care opportunities for immunizations

Remember to run a “Care Opportunities” report in the Health Conditions section of Patient Profile in December to capture 2- and 13-year-olds who need immunizations in early 2012. Immunizations must be up to date on or before the child’s birthday in order to meet the PIP requirements. Our PIP Patient Search and Health Condition Search options for 2012 won’t be available until around March. Until then, members in the measure for 2012 will only be reflected in the Care Opportunities search. Please contact your PAR if you have questions.
