HealthGrades® ratings for Michigan providers
This fall we’re upgrading our Find A Doctor tool to show HealthGrades® ratings for all physicians in our network. For more than a decade, HealthGrades has been the leading source of physician quality information and hospital ratings. The ratings can help Priority Health members select a physician based on feedback from other patients.
After logging into their account, Priority Health members will be able to see your overall HealthGrades rating (up to 5 stars) based on patients’ feedback about the following topics:
- Would recommend to a friend
- Level of trust
- Helps patient understand their condition
- Listens and answers questions
- Time spent with patient
- Scheduling appointments
- Office environment
- Office friendliness
- Wait time
If less than eight patient experience surveys have been completed about a physician, no rating will appear. You can find complete details about HealthGrades, including how ratings are determined and how to review or update your profile using the free provider portal, at healthgrades.com.
As always, we will also display the Priority Health quality ratings (apples), which are based on our PIP incentive program.
