P and T Committee Updates

On January 18, and on March 15, 2011, the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee met and reviewed several drugs, policies and prior authorization criteria. Complete details, including notes on the drug changes and formulary designations by product are available in the Provider Center.
