E-Prescribing updates

We no longer include medication refills in the e-Prescribing PIP measure. Also, Medicare members have been removed from this measure. The basis for this measure is the total number of eligible filled prescriptions between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2011, presented to a pharmacy with “electronic” designated as the Prescription Origin Code.
