This spring, we’re implementing an interactive voice recognition (IVR) system that will make your life easier when you call our Provider Helpline. You will be able to use the automated system to find:
- Basic claims information
- Eligibility verification
- Benefit information
- Authorization status
If you need to speak to a representative, you’ll always have the option to transfer to a
representative. Using the IVR system should substantially reduce your call wait times.
