Well Child exams

Enrollment in any of our plans counts toward continuous enrollment measure requirements, as long as the member was in the HMO plan on his or her birth date and had no more than a 45-day gap in coverage in 2010. For example, if a member born March 5 had PriorityHMO^SM through April and began with Medicaid or MIChild in May (through December), he or she would meet the eligibility requirements. Remember, we require practices to bill us for all Well Child visit claims — even if we are the secondary payor.
