Patient registry

Incentive dollars are now available for practice groups that installed an all-payer patient registry by June 30, 2010. Additional incentives are available for groups using the registry for a significant number of transactions by Sept. 30, 2010. To receive your payments, we’ll ask you to provide a screen shot of your registry identification page, as well as complete a form showing how you use the registry. The completed form is due to Priority Health by Nov. 1, 2010.
