Fighting fraud with Red Flags Rule
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will begin enforcing the Red Flags Rule on Jan. 1, 2011. Although there is some pending litigation regarding Red Flags Rule applying to physician offices, please educate yourself on the impact this could have on your office and plan accordingly for this deadline.
