Financial support for PCMH recognition through NCQA

We are continuing our commitment to paying a 12 month infrastructure support fee to practices successful in their application to NCQA for Physician Practice Connections (PPC^®) -PCMHTM recognition. The amount of the infrastructure support 12 month payment will correspond with the level of NCQA recognition and only apply to those practices who submitted their PPC^®-PCMHTM survey to NCQA prior to November 1, 2010.

We encourage practices to apply for recognition in 2010. Priority Health is an NCQA PPC^®-PCMHTM sponsor. Practices identifying themselves as providers in our network will get a 20% discount on their survey submission fee.
