Patient registry utilization

Incentive dollars are available for practice groups that have installed an all-payer patient registry by June 30, 2010, with additional incentives for groups implementing meaningful use of the registry by Sept. 30, 2010. We'll ask practices to provide a screen shot of their registry identification page as well as completing a form defining registry utilization and structure. The completed form is due to Priority Health by November 1, 2010.
