Courtesy faxes and online access to authorizations have been discontinued

Because the member doesn't have to select a behavioral health provider before we issue authorization, we don't know who they have chosen. This means we can no longer send you a courtesy fax before the initial evaluation. It also means the authorizations will not be available on our website.
