Primary care practices gather for workshop on PCMH
More than 70 primary care practice physicians, nurses, case managers and administrators attended the Oct. 28 Patient-Centered Medical Home Learning Collaborative hosted by Priority Health at the Prince Conference Center in Grand Rapids.
Terry McGeeney, M.D., M.B.A., president of TransforMED, offered the keynote address “Physician leadership: The key for successful change in a medical practice.”
“Priority Health is committed to providing resources for practice transformation,” said Mindy Olivarez, PCMH senior administrator. “Those resources include education, payment reform, support and consultation.”
