2010 supplemental data deadline

PIP 2010 supplemental data is due by Feb. 28, 2011. The claims processing deadline for 2010 data that impacts PIP measures criteria is also Feb. 28, 2011.

Demographic changes

Demographic changes are defined as information that characterizes a person, such as age or gender. Demographic changes for age or gender must be submitted to your PAR prior to Dec. 31, 2010.

Member primary care provider (PCP) assignment and request for discharge
Patients listed on your monthly PIP listings and Patient Profile have selected you as their PCP. Even though you may never have seen the patient in your practice, you are still considered the patient's PCP.

Priority Health member discharges are not allowed if the sole purpose is related to incentive program rewards. Member discharge requests near/at year end are subject to review by Priority Health.
