Efficient administration with online tools

We’re aware that providers are experiencing extended wait times when calling the Provider Helpline. We’re very sorry for this inconvenience and are working hard to reduce these times and provide more prompt service. We very much appreciate your patience.

We’d also like to remind you about some of our provider tools that are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week online. You may be able to use the information in the Provider Center to avoid waiting on the phone.

The online provider manual
Our online provider manual is the foundation for working with us. The manual is separated into three easy-to-use sections where you’ll find just about everything you need:
  • Authorizations
  • Billing and payment
  • Administrative resources

Online tools to make your job easier
Our online tools include:
  • Member Inquiry — Review copays, deductibles, contract history and contact information
  • Claims Inquiry — Create claim status and pended claims reports; obtain remittance advice
  • Authorization Inquiry — Check the status of existing authorization requests
  • Patient Profile — Search by patient or by health condition; manage preventive health and chronic conditions; enter data for PIP (PCPs only)
  • Rx Inquiry — View prescription utilization from multiple providers and pharmacies; identify alternative drugs and get clinical alerts
  • Filemart — Download remittance advices, monthly PIP lists and other files
To access these tools, log in to your online Provider Center account. Not yet registered? No problem, registration is easy. Just register now.

Find a doctor
Do you need to find contact information for a provider in our network? Are you looking to refer a patient to a specialist in an area you aren’t familiar with? Find a Doctor is our online provider directory. Here you can search by numerous options, including specialty, name and location. Just select “Find a Doctor” from the Provider Center homepage.
