Non-adherent member exclusion requests

2010 is the second year in which non-adherent exclusion requests are accepted for review. For 2010, a few updates have been applied to this program. First, two of the three outreach attempts to a member must occur during 2010. Second, the Asthma Medication Management measure is no longer offered within this program.
