Provider Helpline speeds up using interactive voice recognition

Our new interactive voice recognition (IVR) system makes it quicker and easier for you to get information from the Provider Helpline - (800) 942-4765.

Information provided by the system

Basic claims information

  • In process
  • Paid date
  • Amount paid
  • Member liability

Fax-back option: You can use the system to request a fax with basic claims information plus additional details. It's a quick, convenient alternative to taking notes.

Eligibility verification

  • By call-in date
  • By specified date

Benefit information

  • Copays
  • Deductible balances HRA/HSA/FSA etc.

Using the system

Just call the Provider Helpline at 800 942-4765 and follow the prompts. Be sure to have these items handy:

  • NPI that's registered with Priority Health
  • Tax ID
  • Member's DOB and Priority Health contract number
