Our new interactive voice recognition (IVR) system makes it quicker and easier for you to get information from the Provider Helpline - (800) 942-4765.
Information provided by the system
Basic claims information
- In process
- Paid date
- Amount paid
- Member liability
Fax-back option: You can use the system to request a fax with basic claims information plus additional details. It's a quick, convenient alternative to taking notes.
Eligibility verification
- By call-in date
- By specified date
Benefit information
- Copays
- Deductible balances HRA/HSA/FSA etc.
Using the system
Just call the Provider Helpline at 800 942-4765 and follow the prompts. Be sure to have these items handy:
- NPI that's registered with Priority Health
- Tax ID
- Member's DOB and Priority Health contract number
