Check delays, online tools unavailable

A system upgrade at Priority Health over Labor Day weekend will affect both mailed and EFT check payments and the online Auth Inquiry tool on priorityhealth.com. We planned the upgrade for Labor Day weekend to minimize the impact on your office. We don't anticipate additional delays, but will add information here if there are.

Check payments affected
- Checks that would have processed on Sept. 5 will process Sept. 7 and will contain four days of payments.
- The Sept. 12 checks will process as scheduled. These checks will contain six days of payment - the five days that would normally be included, and the missed day from the previous week.
Auth Inquiry unavailable
The Auth Inquiry lookup tool will be unavailable beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 2, through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7.
