Assistance when members don't have ID cards

Some Priority Health members have not yet received ID cards for coverage that became effective on January 1, 2009. Commercial members' cards will be mailed within the next two weeks (our normal enrollment processing time), and the majority of PriorityMedicareSM ID cards are already in the mail.

Member information should be available through the online Member Inquiry tool. If a patient is not in the system, please give us a call. You’ll be asked to provide the name of the primary member and the employer.
