Simplified ID cards issued

(November 20, 2009) - We're simplifying and streamlining member ID cards for many Priority Health commercial plan members. As new members join Priority Health — or change their plan — they will receive ID cards with a streamlined design.

The new member ID cards:

• Will no longer list copays, deductibles or ancillary coverage
• Prescription coverage will be indicated on the back of the card

Existing members who aren't changing plans will not receive new cards; their current cards will still be valid.
