Enhanced e-mail communications

Priority Health is enhancing our e-mail capabilities. Soon we'll be able to tailor our e-mails to you based on your region, provider specialty and/or job function.

Please update your address and job function information

To help us ensure we have up-to-date information, we are asking you to review and update your e-mail address and job function upon logging in to the Provider Center. You'll see a request to update your information every time you log in until you have verified or updated the information. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

There are two key things we need you to verify:
  1. Your e-mail address. Be sure to verify we have your correct address.
  2. Your role. You will see a listing of roles, such as "Billing" or "Authorizations." Please "check" all roles that apply to you.

We will honor both your privacy and your time

Be assured that we do not sell or distribute your contact information, and we will only use your e-mail address to communicate with you about matters directly related to your business relationship with us.

System upgrade scheduled for July

We plan to begin sending e-mails using this new system in July 2009. Please contact your physician account executive (PAE) or field service representative (FSR) if you have questions. You may reach them at 616 942-4765 or 800 942-4765.
