Claims, Auths tools unavailable 3/27-3/30

Priority Health is upgrading one of its primary database systems to accommodate the display of member deductible balances and HRA and HSA balances. As a result, many of the online tools on priorityhealth.com will be unavailable for a period of three days.

Upgrade begins: 8 p.m. Thursday, Mar. 27
Upgrade completes: 6 a.m. Monday, Mar. 31

During this time, you will not be able access to the following online tools:
  • Authorization Request
  • Authorization Inquiry
  • Claims Inquiry
