Evidence of Coverage (EOC) - PriorityMedicare
A copy of the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) is provided to all members of Priority Health Medicare plans. It outlines the coverage and limitations associated with their medical and behavioral health care.
The EOC is drafted by the Legal Department to ensure compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services) requirements and with state and federal laws and regulations. Final approval of the EOC is obtained from CMS. The EOC is reviewed and updated annually.
