Ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports may be prepared by the Chief Medical Officer, Associate Vice President for Clinical Programs, Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Enterprise Operations, Associate Vice President of Clinical Quality Improvement, Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience and other department directors and managers, as reviewed by the clinical committees, Customer Experience Committee, and the Quality Integration Committee.
