The American Academy of Family Practice website has a Family Practice Management Toolbox listing 150 tools you can download free of charge.

The Institute for Healthcare Information website gives you numerous tools for working on practice redesign and finding efficiencies, as well as measuring/evaluating your efforts. It can also be a resource for starting group visits, understanding your scheduling capacity, and improving access. Registration is free.
