Recredentialing process

Priority Health recredentials providers every three years. During recredentialing, we review your:
  • Proof of liability insurance
  • Completed application
  • Curriculum vita
  • State and federal licenses
  • Board certifications
  • Hospital memberships
  • Medicare opt-out report
  • Disciplinary, malpractice and sanction verifications

Provider rights in the recredentialing process
  • You have the right to review information submitted in support of your application
  • You have the right to correct erroneous information submitted by another party
