Recredentialing process
Priority Health recredentials providers every three years. During recredentialing, we review your:
- Proof of liability insurance
- Completed application
- Curriculum vita
- State and federal licenses
- Board certifications
- Hospital memberships
- Medicare opt-out report
- Disciplinary, malpractice and sanction verifications
Provider rights in the recredentialing process
- You have the right to review information submitted in support of your application
- You have the right to correct erroneous information submitted by another party
