Generally, radiology service providers should get a denial only if they did not obtain an authorization prior to the service.

Appealling the a denial of payment

1. Complete the Provider Dispute Resolution Request form (89KB PDF), including detailed information about each service.
2. Priority Health staff will review the form and either submit the claim for payment or send you a letter explaining the denial.
