Use the Claims Inquiry tool to find out the status of any claim. You can search by claim number, or by patient name or number.
Need an NPI Number?
All health care providers will need a National Provider Identifier number to bill for services beginning in May 2007. Registering for one is simple: go to nppes.cms.hhs.gov/PPPES.
