Request prior authorization
Verify authorization numbers: This option allows you to check if an authorization request has been initiated or a number has been issued. You can look it up by patient identification number, patient name, or authorization number.
Verify eligibility: Verify if the insurance coverage of record is still active, and confirm the active date of insurance on patients whose plans are contracted with AIM, Inc.
Find contracted radiology facilities: Find servicing radiology providers in your area that are contracted with AIM.
