Centers of Excellence
Priority Health Centers of Excellence (COE) help ensure that patients receive safe, effective, cost-effective care. We currently have three Centers of Excellence:
- Spine Centers of Excellence
Evaluation by a Priority Health Spine Center of Excellence (SCOE) is required (except for Priority Health Medicare plan members) prior to referral to an orthopedic or neurosurgeon for back or neck care unless there is an acute indication for surgical evaluation. - Weight Loss Centers of Excellence
Priority Health members may self-refer to these Centers. Medicare plan members are not limited to these providers, but prior authorization for these services is required. - Transplant Centers of Excellence
This link takes you to information available to Priority Health members. LifeTrac Network provides the list of recommended Centers. Priority Health Medicare plan members must use Medicare-approved transplant centers.
