Deborah Phillips

Deborah Phillips is chief administrative officer at Priority Health. She is responsible for driving growth through an effective human resources and people strategy. In addition, she has led several key organizational projects, including the transformation and realignment of the organization to support growth and market demands. Deborah is also in charge of a variety of corporate-wide administrative areas including in-house legal, compliance, facilities and other business support services.

She serves as board chair for the Women's Resource Center.
