(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - September 27, 2004) The National Committee for
Quality Assurance (NCQA) has issued a report ranking Priority Health as one
of the nation's top 10 health plans in consumer satisfaction. Priority
Health was the only Michigan health plan to receive this recognition.
"Our score shows me that we are meeting our commitment to deliver an exceptional customer experience," said Kim Horn, president and CEO of Priority Health. "Our core purpose is to improve health by providing people access to affordable and excellent health care.
