Valler new AVP of Pharmacy

William Valler

(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Dec. 28, 2007) Priority Health announced that William E. Valler III is the new associate vice president for the Pharmacy department. In this role he will provide leadership in managing clinical and government programs, drug company interaction and rebate management.

Valler has 25 years of experience in pharmacy management. He has held numerous positions in health care including positions with MedImpact, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and United Healthcare. Most recently, Valler served as health system pharmacy director for St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw. He has also been a board member and chairman of the Community Prescription Support Program of Saginaw County.

He holds a master's degree in health care administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., and a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich.
