Board nominations open for members

November 1, 2009: Voting is now open for our Board of Directors.

Priority Health's Board of Directors has four openings for terms that will begin January 1, 2010.

Qualifications of nominees

Nominees for these positions on the Board, known as "Adult Enrollee Directors," must:

• Be covered by a Priority Health health HMO or POS plan other than the Medicaid plan (those with Medicaid coverage are represented on a separate Board)
• Be recommended by the Governance Committee as qualified to serve
