Fix for Login Errors

Before you log in to priorityhealth.com, please take a moment to update your computer.

Who is affected:
Most computer users.

What happens:
After users log in, they are asked to log in again and again each time they try to go to a different section of our website.

Why this happens:
The change to Daylight Savings Time is causing computers to fail to verify user information correctly. Our systems then shut the users out, and the users must log in again to continue working online.

Check your date, time and time zone now:
View your system's current date, time, and time zone and make sure it is correct.

 

The Fix:

To update your PC
Go to http://support.microsoft.com/dst2007 and follow the instructions.

To update your Mac
Go to http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305056  and follow the instructions.
