Access to family members' accounts online

Every person's health information is private, no matter what their age. Certain kinds of health information, such as visits to behavioral health professionals for counseling, will not appear in your online account.

Why can't you see all family members' information at once?

Because Priority Health is required by law to keep all health information private, each person's account online is kept separate from the accounts of all other family members. To see account information online, each person must register their own username and password.

Children's account information

  • Parents can create usernames and passwords for each of their children to see their children's claims, prescription, and other personal health information online.
  • You may set each family member's password to the same thing, to make it easier to remember.
  • Behavioral health claims information, such as treatment for substance abuse, will not appear in the child's online account.
