Nominations needed for Senior Impact Awards

Do you know a really committed volunteer? Please tell us. PriorityMedicare^SM would like to recognize exceptional volunteers ages 63+ with our Senior Impact Award.

We're partnering with the United Way Volunteer Centers of Michigan to recognize volunteers in Allegan, Antrim, Barry, Benzie, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Hillsdale, Jackson, Kalkaska, Kent, Leelanau, Manistee, Mecosta, Missaukee, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, Roscommon and Wexford counties.

This fall, we'll select four winners and donate $1,000 to each of the organizations where they volunteer, but first we need to hear from you. Nomination forms are available at priorityhealth.com. Deadline for nominations is June 16, 2008. Questions? Call 616 464-8680.
