Q: What do I do if Priority Health didn't pay for some of my health care
charges, when I feel they should be covered?
A: The first thing to do is contact our Customer Service department. Our representatives can explain why payment was not made - whether it was our error or a charge for care that is not included in your coverage. If you are not satisfied with the answers that our representative gives you, you or someone acting on your behalf can send us a formal complaint. This formal complaint is called a grievance.
