Your online account shows your claims history

When you log in to your Priority Health account online, you'll see a history of your claims and costs all on one page. You'll be able to sort your claims by service date or date paid, and go back to see all claims for up to 24 months in the past.

Get details on each claim

For each claim, you'll be able to see:

• Date of service
• Servicing doctor or other provider
• Date it was paid
• Costs you are responsible for

You can also review the details of your claim on the Explanation of Benefits letter Priority Health mails to you after every service or office visit we pay for.
