Just a reminder for all members of Priority Health HMO, EPO, POS, PPO or Medicare Advantage medical plans: If you go to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies or other health care providers outside your plan's network, you may have additional charges.

Why it costs more

Health care providers choose which plans they accept, and Priority Health gets a discount from them for members of those plans. That's why it costs you more to go "out of network."
