Nominations needed for 2011 Senior Impact Awards

Do you know a really committed volunteer? Please tell us. Priority Health will recognize exceptional volunteers ages 63+ with our annual Senior Impact Awards. We’re partnering with the United Way and the Volunteer Centers of Michigan to recognize volunteers across Michigan.

We’ll select four winners and donate $1,000 to each of the organizations where they volunteer, but first we need to hear from you. Nomination forms are available online and at many local senior organizations and volunteer centers.

Deadline for nominations is June 1.
