Q&A with Customer Service

Linda B., Customer Service representative
"While Priority Health 'makes life a little easier' for our members, I feel our Medicare members make me feel a little bit better about myself. When I help someone, I treat him or her how I'd want my family member on Medicare to be treated. My goal is to make sure that when our members hang up the phone or leave the office, they understand their medical benefits and know how the plan they've chosen works for them."

Question: "How do I request a change of address?"
Answer: "We can't make permanent address changes. To report a new address, call the U.S. Social Security Administration at 800 772-1213. You can speak with a representative Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. TTY/TDD users can call 800 325-0778."
